brake valve

method 1. Exchange the pipelines that control the forward and backward directions at the oil inlet of the brake valve. If the deviation direction changes, eliminate the brake valve factor. If the deviation direction does not change, dismantle and inspect the brake valve to check whether the valve core is stuck by sundries due to the possible clamping of the valve core due to the thermal expansion of steel, and the throttle port of European automobile manufacturers in the valve is blocked while actively adopting new materials, so that the valve core action is not in place The small opening of the valve port leads to the small flow of hydraulic oil, resulting in the slow speed of one side of the track

method 2 connect a pressure gauge to the oil inlet of the left and right travel main reversing valves for the travel test. If the pressure difference between the two sides is not large, it indicates that the brake valve is not faulty. If the pressure of the slow side is significantly higher than that of the fast side, it indicates that the valve core of the slow side is not in place and the oil is not smooth. The corresponding brake valve must be disassembled and inspected. However, if the pressure on the fast side is obviously high, the brake valve fault can be eliminated

central swivel

exchange the pipelines that control the forward and backward directions at the oil inlet of the central swivel. If the deviation direction does not change, the central swivel must be disassembled and inspected to check whether its seal is damaged and whether there are sand holes at the oil inlet. If the deviation direction changes, the central swivel factor can be eliminated

pilot handle

method 1. Test the corresponding pilot oil port pressure. If the pressure of the slow side is significantly lower than that of the fast side, first check whether the joystick is damaged or blocked by dirt, and then disassemble, check and adjust the pilot handle to check whether its ball head and spring are damaged

method 2 change the pilot pipeline that controls the forward and backward directions at the control oil port of the main reversing valve. If the deviation direction changes, the joystick is blocked or damaged

disassemble and check whether the shuttle valve is blocked, whether the steel ball is stuck or damaged, and whether the valve seat is leaking or damaged

main reversing valve

method 1 test the pressure of the hydraulic control ports at both ends of the main reversing valve. If the pressure of the slow side is significantly higher than that of the fast side, it is necessary to check whether the pilot control port of the slow side is blocked or leaking, and whether the valve core return spring of the main reversing valve is stuck or damaged

method 2 change the pipeline that controls the forward and backward directions of the technical center of another service department at the oil inlet of the central swivel. If the deviation direction changes, dismantle and inspect the main reversing valve
